Taste, sip, and learn what makes the shops in Saugatuck a food lover’s dream. Each tour is limited in size so that the experience is small and intimate. Understand what makes up the food that satisfies us.
This three-hour walking tour will offer a culinary peek into the village food and village life of Saugatuck. This area continues to be a food producing hub on the lakeshore, expanding on the fruit farms of Gerber and the fishing village of Singapore.
Local Products: There will be several stops with tastes that may include area award-winning wines, hints of spice, delightful oils, richly roasted coffee, and local fruit spreads. “Secrets” revealed include how your local favorites are made and how the shops came to be.
This tour is perfect for all ages with plenty of shady benches along the way.
